Elisa joined Stonhard in 2023 with more than 25 years of experience in the architectural, design, and construction industry. Her goal is to provide solutions that result in successful partnerships, and believes that sustainability is instrumental to positive environmental change.

She is an active member in the Los Angeles chapter of CSI.

Sean has been with Stonhard since 2014. He has a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.

Sean enjoys helping architects and designers solve problems with Stonhard's resinous flooring solutions and having a positive impact on the design and construction process.

He is a member of CSI Houston Chapter.

Adam began his career with Stonhard in 2018 as a Territory Manager before moving into his AD&E role in 2023. He has a B.S from the University of Toledo and an M.B.A. from Tiffin University.

Adam supports charities including Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Wounded Warrior Project.

Pauline joined Stonhard in 2023 with more than 16 years of combined architectural design and flooring experience.

She has a B.S. in Design from the University of Florida.

Rob has been with Stonhard since 2022. His background includes 15+ years of architectural design and construction experience, and a passion for sustainability. 

Rob is a member of AIA and IIDA.

Kim joined Stonhard in 2023. She earned her BFA in Interior Design from O'More College of Design.

Kim is a member of American Society of Interior Designers and is active with CSI and AIA. She supports the Nashville Symphony, Friends of the Library, World Outreach, Alive Hospice, and Maury County Alliance.

Robert has been with Stonhard since 2005. He has a B.A. in Chemistry from Roanoke College and an MBA from University of Baltimore. He is CDT certified.

Robert is a member of CSI, Chicago Chapter and the Knights of Columbus. He supports Little Flower Catholic Church Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, and was on the steering committee of "People-Got-To-Eat" United Way of South Bend Initiative.

Doug supports BARCS animal rescue in Baltimore and Food for the Poor.

Mike Pepper has been an architecture & design representative in New York City for the past 18 years and joined Stonhard in 2020.

He has a B.A. from The College of Wooster in Ohio and is on the Board of Directors of NY Squash.

Tyler has been with Stonhard since 2018. He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, from Minnesota State University. He has more than five years in Architectural/Building Materials Sales. He is CTD certified and a LEED Green Associate.

Tyler is a member of AIA, ISPE, and USGBC. He supports Big Brothers Big Sisters and National Mill Dog Rescue.

Carl is a member of ISPE, ASHE, CSI, ACI, and TFG. He supports Wounded Warriors, Special Olympics, K-9 Ministries, and MSPCA.
