Rester Management of downtown Montreal required a solution to repair and restore the membrane of the underground parking garage on Union Street, a high-profile location in this Canadian city. The garage is connected to The Hudson’s Bay Company by the underground pedestrian network.

Operators chose to utilize a combination of colors to provide a design-friendly environment, offering customers with a safe, brighter, and better parking experience. Stondeck XD2 was installed in this high-traffic garage for a combination of slip and wear resistance and superior aesthetic properties. The project consisted of 64,000 sq. ft. throughout the parking garage in two colors. The end result is a highly satisfied customer with a clean, safe parking surface.
